    CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT

SAVE THE DATE

JANUARY 27, 2019

Lin explains to us the quality of the corn hole boards that will be available to $1000 sponsors.  They will be custom printed [not the Re/Max shown] and are extremely durable with a carrying handle and lights.
However, we need sponsors to be able to turn a profit and raise money for our projects.  Registrations will only cover expenses.  Think what you can do help.
We are a small club, so we need everyone to help in one way or another.
"HomeBuilder's Foundation" is going to be a designated beneficiary for this event.  We had a very informative and interesting presentation from what looks to be a great organization.  Looking forward to helping them out.

Les receives PH Fellowship
Scott Allen [right], president of our foundation, presents Les Lilly with his Paul Harris Fellowship at our last meeting.  This recognizes a contribution of $1000 to the Rotary International Foundation which enables RI to fund its humanitarian projects around the world.

Wellspring Recognized
Vickie Baroch [right] presents a $2700 check to Bob Bush, executive director of Wellspring.  Wellspring was one of two designated beneficiaries of our Ducky Derby fundraising this past spring.  Wellspring helps handicapped adults in our community with meaningful employment.

Ducky Derby
Not already!  Well, yes and no.  Turns out that the Castle Pines club will not be participating in Ducky Derby this year.  And although they have never chaired the event, it would have been their turn.  So, it falls to our club to chair again.  Any takers?  Please know that chairing does not mean doing all the work.  There are lots and lots of helpers.

Christmas Party
We need suggestions for location, time, and format for this year's Christmas party.  If you have any suggestions, please let any board member know.
