The world's newest Rotarian, David Frankel, receives his membership pin from his sponsor, Sheri Rich, as president, John Volp,and membership chair, Shannon Miller, look on.
David and his wife, Ashley, live in Castle Rock.  He owns Front Range Publications.
​​​​​​​David was even helping with peach deliveries before he was a member.
